Shipping Information

To our valued customers: If you have ordered a personalized item and you need this item within SEVEN days you need to contact us. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. THE CONTACT LINK IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HOME PAGE. We ship the personalized items free via USPS first class mail in most cases, and USPS priority mail in some cases depending on the weight or size of the items. Personalized items are made after you place your order they are not premade if your event is in seven days or less you may need to upgrade your shipping which would not be free. There is a link at the bottom of the category section on the homepage, one is a priority mail upgrade and the other is a express mail upgrade if you feel you are close to the date of your event please purchase the upgrade. There is usually up to a seven business day wait before your item ships because it is personalized and must be made after the sale. Large quantity orders of wedding wildflower seed packets have up to a ten business day wait before we ship. Blank labels do not apply they are shipped free to a US Continental 48 state via several different carriers depending upon the size of the order. Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories please contact us for a quote. Our return policy is: We do not accept returns on any personalized items. We do accept returns on other items, non personalized, but you must contact us first to get a return number. We will not be responsible for return shipping unless we made an error. If you are exchanging a item which is not a personalized item, you will be responsible for the return shipping and and the cost for us to ship it back to you. Thank you, John and April
