If you have ordered a personalized item and you need this item within SEVEN days you need to contact us. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

We ship the personalized items free via USPS first class mail in most cases, and USPS priority mail in some cases depending on the weight or size of the items.
Personalized items are made after you place your order they are not premade if your event is in seven days or less you may need to upgrade your shipping which would not be free. There are two links in the category section of the homepage, one is a priority mail upgrade and the other is a express mail upgrade if you feel you are close to the date of your event please purchase the upgrade. There is usually a several business day wait before your item ships because it is personalized amd must be made after the sale.
**Large Quantity orders of votive candle or wedding tube scrolls have a 12 business day handling time before we ship. Large quantity orders of wedding wildflower seed packets have up to a seven business day wait before we ship.
Blank labels do not apply they are shipped free to a US Continental 48 state via several different carriers depending upon the size of the order. Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories please contact us for a quote.
